WukongInk was founded in 2002 by Wu Tao, an engineer with extensive experience at RISO in Japan. Inspired by RISO’s environmentally friendly and cost-effective printing technology, Wu Tao returned to China to establish WukongInk, aiming to offer businesses affordable, high-quality, and eco-friendly printing solutions.

Strengthening the Technical Team
To drive innovation, Wu Tao expanded WukongInk’s technical team. By 2024, the company had built a team of skilled engineers, including 2 senior engineers and 4 mid-level engineers, who played a key role in product development and providing ongoing support to clients.
Expanding to Global Markets
In 2019, WukongInk began exporting refurbished RISO machines from Japan to markets in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The company also introduced its high-quality substitute inks internationally, offering cost-effective, eco-friendly printing solutions.
